Private Estate Relocation & Property Coordination

1. Legal Identity

DMG Privé is the private-client division of Dalmatia Mobility d.o.o., with its registered headquarters at:

All services are legally contracted and performed under Dalmatia Mobility d.o.o.

2. Scope of Services

DMG Privé provides bespoke private estate relocation, fine art handling, secure storage, property coordination, and international relocation services for private clients.

Each engagement is individually structured and confirmed in writing prior to commencement.

No service shall begin without formal written confirmation and acceptance of a specific project proposal.

3. Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure

Confidentiality is a foundational principle of DMG Privé.

All services are performed subject to a mandatory Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) signed prior to operational engagement.

The NDA governs:

• Client identity

• Property location

• Asset details

• Relocation timelines

• All related documentation

No information shall be disclosed to third parties without written authorization, except where required by law.

4. Insurance Coverage (Mandatory)

All projects are executed with mandatory insurance coverage.

Insurance is:

• Structured specifically per project

• Calculated based on declared asset value

• Provided through recognized insurance partners

• Billed separately as an additional cost to the Client

Insurance coverage is not included in base service fees unless explicitly stated in writing.

Failure to declare full replacement value may limit compensation in case of loss or damage.

5. Client Declarations & Responsibilities

The Client agrees to:

• Provide accurate and complete inventory information

• Declare true asset values for insurance purposes

• Disclose any fragile, rare, or high-risk items

• Ensure lawful ownership and export eligibility of goods

DMG Privé shall not be responsible for delays or additional costs arising from incomplete or inaccurate information.

6. Estimates & Pricing

All quotations are:

• Based on information provided at the time of assessment

• Subject to physical verification where applicable

• Valid for the period specified in the proposal

Additional services, access limitations, or scope changes may result in adjusted pricing.

7. Payments

Payment terms are specified in the individual service agreement.

Unless otherwise agreed:

• A deposit may be required prior to scheduling

• Final balance is due before delivery or completion

• International transfers are subject to banking fees

Late payments may result in service suspension or storage fees.

8. Limitation of Liability

Liability is limited strictly to:

• The declared value under the agreed insurance policy

• The terms and limits defined by the insurance provider

DMG Privé shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential losses

• Delays caused by customs authorities

• Force majeure events

• Acts of government, natural disaster, war, or civil disruption

9. Storage Conditions

Where storage is provided:

• Facilities are climate-controlled where applicable

• Access is controlled and monitored

• Storage fees apply as agreed in writing

Items stored without insurance coverage remain at Client's risk.

10. International & Customs Compliance

For cross-border services:

• The Client is responsible for lawful import/export eligibility

• Customs duties, taxes, and inspection fees are borne by the Client

• Delays beyond operational control are not grounds for claims

DMG Privé provides coordination but does not guarantee customs clearance timelines.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement in writing prior to service commencement.

Costs already incurred, including administrative preparation and insurance arrangements, remain payable.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia.

Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the competent court in Croatia.

13. Final Provision

Engagement of services with DMG Privé constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

Discretion, structured execution, and professional standards remain the guiding principles of every engagement.
